Plain doesn’t have to be simple, Mottahedeh’s only all white dinner service is anything but simple, Prosperity is an adaptation of George Washington’s dishes dating back to the 1700’s. The original was English salt glazed, our version is high fired hard porcelain finely detailed in a non glazed three dimensional dot and diaper border, It is microwave and dishwasher safe. Who says autumn has to be orange and brown? We are opting for a white autumnal palate featuring our Prosperity dinner service from Mount Vernon's George Washington Collection. The Washingtons had a deep affinity for stoneware and creamware and used it extensively. Salt-glazed fragments excavated from the grounds were replicated in great detail for this pattern.

When a white bowl is anything but basic, our Prosperity bowl with its 3-dimensional detailed rim in a matte finish is an adaptation of George Washington's dinner service dating back to the 1700s. The original was English salt glaze that we updated to high fired hard porcelain. This is just one of the pieces from Mount Vernon collection.

We're feeling a little blue today, well actually blue and white! Our Emmeline pattern always cheers us up, the design was inspired from Chinese export designs for 18th century Europe. We made it with high fired hard porcelain and cobalt glaze. It is is dishwasher and microwave safe.
